Korda Leadcore Chod Safety System

The Korda Leadcore Chod Safety System is a revolutionary advancement in rotary-rig safety, designed to enhance fish safety during carp fishing. This system comprises three key components:

• Chod Sleeves: Specially designed to securely hold the hook link in place during casting and normal use.
• Barrel Beads: Serve as a buffer at the lead end, facilitating smooth rig movement.
• No-Trace Beads: Feature a unique slit that allows them to detach from the leader entirely once released from the Chod Sleeve, enabling the hook link to travel freely up and over the leader knot in the event of a line breakage.

By incorporating these components, the system ensures that, should your main line break above the leader knot, the hook link can easily detach, leaving the fish with only the trace, thereby preventing the fish from towing around a leader or lead. This design addresses the common issue of weed or debris accumulation around the leader knot, which can hinder the safe ejection of the hook link in traditional setups. The Korda Leadcore Chod Safety System is compatible with strong, fast-sinking main lines such as SUBline or Kontour, and is ideal for use with both chod rigs and conventional helicopter setups.
